Brenden Dahl is a playwright, actor, improviser, and all-around theater-maker from Philadelphia. He has worked with various theater companies in the Philadelphia and New York Area such as MacGuffin Theatre and Film, Philadelphia Young Playwrights, Clubbed Thumb Theatre, Quintessence Theatre Group, and Azuka Theatre. His plays have been produced/staged/read by Philadelphia Young Playwrights and Temple Theaters, as well as Germantown Friends School and MacGuffin Theatre and Film.
Brenden likes to state that his work uses heightened or fantastical realities to reveal truths about human nature. He believes that art is the purest vessel to not only entertain and inform, but also inspire change. Or something like that. He's also easily annoyed by pretentious artist statements, and can be a bit hypocritical. He's still figuring this stuff out.
